1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mystica Mind ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Mystica Mind is an entertainment platform. The content on this Site — including tarot card interpretations, daily horoscopes, astrological calculations, and the Cosmic Triad readings — is generated for amusement and personal contemplation only.

We make no representations or warranties that any reading, forecast, or interpretation is accurate, reliable, or applicable to your life circumstances. Cosmic events, card draws, and astrological placements as presented here are not scientifically validated predictors of future events.

3. Not Professional Advice

Nothing on Mystica Mind constitutes — or should be treated as — medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on content from this Site. If you are facing a serious personal, health, financial, or legal matter, please consult a qualified professional.

4. Premium Access

Certain features are available to paying users ("Premium"). Premium is sold as a pre-paid pass, paid in cryptocurrency through our payment processor. The following terms apply:

• Passes are pre-paid for a fixed duration (currently 30, 92, or 365 days). There is no auto-renewal, no stored payment method, and nothing to cancel — at the end of the pass your account drops back to Free unless you choose to top up. Top-ups stack: paying again before expiry extends the existing pass rather than starting over.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final by their nature, so as a rule we do not offer refunds. We make exceptions for verified technical failures — for example, payment confirmed on-chain but premium not unlocked, or extended site outage during your pass window.
• To request a goodwill resolution, email askme@mysticamind.com within 14 days of the issue, including your invoice ID and a brief description. We respond within 5 business days and resolve by extending the pass, crediting a future pass, or — as a last resort — sending a crypto refund to the originating wallet in the same coin and amount you paid (less network fees). We do not refund change-of-mind, non-use, or subjective dissatisfaction with the entertainment content.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue Premium features with reasonable notice.

We do not guarantee the availability of any specific feature at any time. The Site is provided on an "as is" basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce Site content at scale without permission.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
• Represent Site content as professional advice or re-sell it to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, code, and written content of Mystica Mind are owned by or licensed to us. Tarot card images are sourced from Sacred-Texts.com and are in the public domain (Rider-Waite-Smith deck, 1909). You may share individual readings for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to Mystica Mind.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We expressly disclaim any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mystica Mind and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

9. Privacy

Our handling of any information you share with us is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication in the first instance.
